I am a guy who felt desperately lost and wanted to find a way to reconnect with the joy that makes me feel alive. I realize many people need a playful nudge to enjoy dancing. The idea of helping others get there came to me years ago. I grew up loving to dance but I found myself intimidated by the prospect of dancing in public. What happened?  I lost my ability to be in the moment uncritical of myself. Dancing with yourself, friends, and even strangers can be awkward, uncomfortable, and new. It doesn't have to be that way.
